What we're looking for‍

People who build first and talk second — a track record of shipping real work, not just describing it. Something you can point to and say "I made that," whether it's a product, a tool, or a fix nobody asked for but everyone needed. Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team without a lot of structure handed to you.
